  • OneVasco Operational Hours are Mon – Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Appointments are subject to availability
  • All Government fee/ Visa fee / any other additional premium service fee will be as per actuals and once booked are non-refundable & non- transferable / cancelable
  • Once the service is confirmed by applicant it cannot be cancelled
  • OneVasco Meet and Greet service & application kit is available only next to the VFS Global visa application centre in Dubai Wafi Mall and Abu Dhabi The World Trade Centre
  • Locker service is available only next to the VFS Global visa application centre in Dubai Wafi Mall and Abu Dhabi the World Trade Centre
  • OneVasco representative or 3rd party assigned by OneVasco will arrange a pick up or drop off the documents within 35 KM radius of the OneVasco centre in Dubai and Abu Dhabi
  • OneVasco Lounge is only available in Wafi Mall, Dubai
  • Passport Delivery will be via courier service or personal drop based on OneVasco discretion
  • Premium Service facilitation is covered under this offering however the cost of the premium service is to be paid as per actuals. Once confirmed its non-refundable
