The OneVasco visa concierge fee encompasses services such as document verification, appointment scheduling assistance (if required), and completion of the application form.

The payment includes Visa Assistance fee and any additional fee i.e. Visa fee etc will be as per actuals and advised by your case officer.

The passport or travel document must have a validity period longer than the duration of stay.

Our representative in your country/location will provide guidance on the necessary document requirements.

You must obtain it from Gitex.

The standard processing period for visa applications ranges from 5 to 10 days. In exceptional circumstances where additional scrutiny of the application is deemed necessary, this timeframe may be extended up to two weeks.

The OneVasco service fee becomes non-refundable upon the provision of the service.

The decision of granting visa is at embassy / consulate discretion and OneVasco cannot influence or guarantee any visas.
